DOCUMENTS FOR THE PRODUCT ARE PROVIDED UPON REQUEST WHEN ORDERING
What items can be returned?
1) Unused items;
2) Items with preserved appearance and properties;
3) Items in complete configuration;
4) Discounted items, perfume water and oils (raw materials), MMV base and wax cannot be returned.
How to return an item?
Contact us — if there is a mistake in the order or a defective item, the manager will send you a return form.
In other cases, returns of suitable items are accepted within 14 days of receipt.
What to do if you found discrepancies?
1) Write to us about the incident and send the product SKU(s), a photo of the packing list and box contents, indicating the quantity of items that do not match;
2) We will check positions via security camera footage;
3) If there is a mismatch between ordered and received items, we will send additional items;
4) In case of improper quality, we will replace the product or refund the money.
